General Order

Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an Order:

When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you are not logged in when proceeding to the checkout, you will be prompted to do so.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order.

You warrant to us that all information which you are required to provide when ordering online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.

Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the product and that all orders are subject to availability. Although we make every effort to feature in stock pieces in our boutique, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified by our team and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order without your confirmation. But we reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock.

Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients. You may choose to register your email address to the waiting list for notification of arrival of a selected piece.

Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us.

 

Quotation Conditions:

Due to the international diamond price floating from New York on each Friday, our quotation is valid for maximum of one week. It will be automatically expired on the upcoming Friday.

For custom jewelry design, client shall provide TIARIA Designer Group with a real sample of target object jewelry. If not, client shall provide the photo from 6 views (behind, front, up, down, left, right) and all necessary information (thickness, width, weight, and length data, all the parts of the object and gemstone size). If client cannot provide this data, TIARIA Designer Group would automatically have the right to draw the design paper based on our experience and understanding of the target jewelry.

TIARIA is responsible for the final design paper result to client to approve. Client shall have maximum 3 times revision of the design paper, however, client may revise unlimited spot in each revision

The final gold weight would be around 1 gram different with estimate weight, for the jewelry less than 5 gram. For client request special gold weight, shall be special quoted, additional cost around 20% of the target jewelry value (minimum 2 million) shall be charged to meet the special weight request.

 

Price

The price of our product quoted on our website or quotation excludes VAT (Value Added Tax). Where VAT is not included in the price, it will be added and payable by buyer.

The cost of packaging is also included, but will be quoted by us separately upon special packaging request and payable separately from the price of the products.

All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

Payment:

We currently accept payments by Bank Wire Transfer (BCA & Mandiri) and/or Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard) through our partners. If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorization of payment to TIARIA, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

A minimum of 30% of advanced payment are needed for the order to be initiated.

Additional down payment will be required for certain design that need higher difficulties level.

All payment for product and any other related service including delivery must be made before the order are delivered.

Ownership in all products remains with TIARIA until full payment of all amounts due has been well received from buyer.

Client shall fulfill the balance payment and pick up the jewelry within 30 days. Otherwise, Tiaria has the full disposal rights over the execution of the subject products after 30 days when client fail to pay or pickup.

 

Processing Time:

Each piece is made to order individually so please allow 19 to 21 business days for your item to be processed or made.

Additional time also occurred for “special order” or custom products, depends on the 3D design and manufacture processing time to be confirmed or accepted by the purchaser. For special requested custom jewelry, extra processing time could be extended by TIARIA. For special order or custom jewelry needed on certain time or deadline, extra shipping cost (20% of the total value, minimum 2 million) shall be charged for the special speed order. In case fail to deliver the products on such requested certain deadline, Tiaria shall pay penalty maximum up to the previous mentioned extra cost.

 

Shipping & Delivery:

We will give you an estimated delivery date for domestic or international shipping, but it totally depends on the shipping courier.

TIARIA guarantees that the product you purchase is at good condition only when we hand it over to you at our premises (e.g. office, showroom, store, exhibition booth) or when we hand it over to shipping agent for delivery to buyer’s place.

TIARIA is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage due to any causes occurred outside TIARIA premises, including those occurred during shipment of the product from our premises to buyer’s place.

We strongly recommend buyer to buy shipping insurance for your high-value jewelry purchased from us, to cover for any loss or damage due to reckless handling, criminal act, accident, natural disaster, or any other causes which might occurred during transportation.

In the event you bought shipping insurance, once the package arrived at your place, we urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. So that in case damage happened you can submit a claim to your delivery agent immediately.

If the damage on the product occurred outside TIARIA premises, TIARIA hold the right to charge extra cost for the material cost, repairing cost, and transportation or any other related cost accordingly.

 

Warranties:

TIARIA offer you a life time warranty service for free cleaning and gold coating. In case of any damage to be repaired, original documents shall be attached. Most repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete and each repair time shall be confirmed by our jewelry consultant.

TIARIA warrant to you that the product ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our website (or any other description given to you in writing).

If any defect in any products appear within 3 days of delivery, you must notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect, giving us full details. We will then decide, in consultation with you, whether the defect is our responsibility. If so, we may arrange either to repair the product or to replace them with similar product. Any defective product to be returned to us must be returned at buyer expense.

TIARIA is not responsible for any damage which occurs during and after delivery.

We do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage or failure by you or by any third party to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the product.

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

We cannot accept returns and/or exchange at any conditions/events, unless that it is proved as TIARIA internal problems or mistakes by both official legal quality testing government body and third party quality testing organization.

 

Cancelation:

If cancelation is made before the 3D design paper approved by client, down payment will be returned to customer with 50% deduction with minimum deduction of 2.000.000 IDR for 3D design and 3D printing cost.

After the 3D design is approved by client, down payment refund is not available.

 

 

 

 

TIARIA Buyback Policy

Frequently Asked Question:

Which items that is allowed for buyback?
Items that purchased from our official website only and it must be returned in reusable condition. This buyback policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like customization, custom 3D design, and purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon. Buyback request can be done by informing our customer care team via email. We will thereby collect the product and initiate the process immediately.

How much can I expect to receive for my diamond jewelry?
The Buyback policy is based on giving the fair value of jewelry and diamonds. We will offer you up to 85% from our jewelry price. TIARIA reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our Quality Assurance team.

When can I expect to be paid?
Process will be take time about 30 business days. (Including 15 for Quality Assurance team to examine your product and 15 to process the payment) Payment will be added to your account after.

What happens if I’ve lost my certificate card?
Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for the refund to be initiated. If you do not have the original, or it has been damaged, you can still receive an offer by shipping your item to us first.

Who paid for the shipping cost?
The recipient or purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.

What if my jewelry lost or damaged on delivery?
TIARIA would not be responsible for any lost or damage on delivery. TIARIA strongly recommend buyer to choose shipping with insurance service according to the value of your jewelry.

Buy Back Procedure

INFORM OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM
Please inform our customer care team via email or call. Provide your information and TIARIA representative will contact you to give you an offer.

SHIP YOUR JEWELRY
Once you approve the offer, you could ship your jewelry to our buyback team address to be checked.

QUALITY CHECK
Once the product is received, it will be examined and confirmed by our Quality Assurance team. Process will take time up to 15 working days. And the quality confirmation checking cost shall be borne by the customer, which include and not limited to those listed below .

Jewelry General Test :

• 000 – 2.000.000 metal test
• 01 crt or smaller diamond test cost 200.000/piece
• 01 crt – 0.05 crt diamond test cost 500.000/ piece
• 05 crt – 0.1 crt diamond test cost 600.000/ piece
• 1 crt – 0.15 crt diamond test cost 1.500.000/ piece
• 15 crt – 0.2 crt diamond test cost 2.000.000/ piece
• 2 + crt diamond test cost shall be individually quoted
• For certain gemstone test shall follow further notice

PAYMENT
Payment typically received in your account 15 business days after the product examination process end. Our team will inform you the evaluation results and the payment process.

 

 

TIARIA Shipping Policy

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

If you place your order before the cut off time (6 AM) on a regular business day, your order will begin processing that day.

If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cut off on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

For special orders or custom orders, you’ll be informed an estimated ready to ship time by our team. This date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order to the shipping courier.

Estimated arrival time will totally depends to the shipping courier you choose.

TIARIA is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company.

 

Shipping Method

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers and methods:

• RPX
• Go-kilat

 

Shipping Packaged

We ship using secure, non-descript packaging material. Inside, you’ll still see our branded gift packaging – ideal for gifting or personal storage.

 

Gift Packaging

For a special touch, we’ll include a free greeting card and enclose your item in our distinctive packaging. From our classic ring presentation boxes to our soft jewelry pouches, every item arrives presentation-ready.

 

Shipping Charges

TIARIA provide Free Regular Shipping for orders with minimum purchase of ten million.

 

Insurance for Shipment

Shipping insurance is highly recommended for your precious jewelry. All insurance shall be paid by buyer according to buyer  insurance preference.

 

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

TIARIA can ship your order to your place of work, or another destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order product to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm to you first in written notice.

Product Availability And Pricing

If you’re interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock, or you can make a Pre-Order. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options, include Pre-Order.

Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Diamond Certificates

When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories – making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include the diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.

Comparison Purchasing

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. To confirm the quality of a jewelry item, please contact one of our Diamond and Jewelry Consultants, and we would be happy to help you make your choice.

Information On Our Site

At TIARIA, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, TIARIA states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.

On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing. Width tolerance on machine made wedding bands of 0.20mm is allowed. Cast manufactured rings can vary slightly more.

For gemstone and pearl measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed.

For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, collectively the quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.
