Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an Order:

When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you are not logged in when proceeding to the checkout, you will be prompted to do so.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order.

You warrant to us that all information which you are required to provide when ordering online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.

Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the product and that all orders are subject to availability. Although we make every effort to feature in stock pieces in our boutique, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified by our team and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order without your confirmation. But we reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock.

Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients. You may choose to register your email address to the waiting list for notification of arrival of a selected piece.

Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us.

 

Quotation Conditions:

Due to the international diamond price floating from New York on each Friday, our quotation is valid for maximum of one week. It will be automatically expired on the upcoming Friday.

For custom jewelry design, client shall provide TIARIA Designer Group with a real sample of target object jewelry. If not, client shall provide the photo from 6 views (behind, front, up, down, left, right) and all necessary information (thickness, width, weight, and length data, all the parts of the object and gemstone size). If client cannot provide this data, TIARIA Designer Group would automatically have the right to draw the design paper based on our experience and understanding of the target jewelry.

TIARIA is responsible for the final design paper result to client to approve. Client shall have maximum 3 times revision of the design paper, however, client may revise unlimited spot in each revision

The final gold weight would be around 1 gram different with estimate weight, for the jewelry less than 5 gram. For client request special gold weight, shall be special quoted, additional cost around 20% of the target jewelry value (minimum 2 million) shall be charged to meet the special weight request.

 

Price

The price of our product quoted on our website or quotation excludes VAT (Value Added Tax). Where VAT is not included in the price, it will be added and payable by buyer.

The cost of packaging is also included, but will be quoted by us separately upon special packaging request and payable separately from the price of the products.

All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

Payment:

We currently accept payments by Bank Wire Transfer (BCA & Mandiri) and/or Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard) through our partners. If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorization of payment to TIARIA, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

A minimum of 30% of advanced payment are needed for the order to be initiated.

Additional down payment will be required for certain design that need higher difficulties level.

All payment for product and any other related service including delivery must be made before the order are delivered.

Ownership in all products remains with TIARIA until full payment of all amounts due has been well received from buyer.

Client shall fulfill the balance payment and pick up the jewelry within 30 days. Otherwise, Tiaria has the full disposal rights over the execution of the subject products after 30 days when client fail to pay or pickup.

 

Processing Time:

Each piece is made to order individually so please allow 19 to 21 business days for your item to be processed or made.

Additional time also occurred for “special order” or custom products, depends on the 3D design and manufacture processing time to be confirmed or accepted by the purchaser. For special requested custom jewelry, extra processing time could be extended by TIARIA. For special order or custom jewelry needed on certain time or deadline, extra shipping cost (20% of the total value, minimum 2 million) shall be charged for the special speed order. In case fail to deliver the products on such requested certain deadline, Tiaria shall pay penalty maximum up to the previous mentioned extra cost.

 

Shipping & Delivery:

We will give you an estimated delivery date for domestic or international shipping, but it totally depends on the shipping courier.

TIARIA guarantees that the product you purchase is at good condition only when we hand it over to you at our premises (e.g. office, showroom, store, exhibition booth) or when we hand it over to shipping agent for delivery to buyer’s place.

TIARIA is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage due to any causes occurred outside TIARIA premises, including those occurred during shipment of the product from our premises to buyer’s place.

We strongly recommend buyer to buy shipping insurance for your high-value jewelry purchased from us, to cover for any loss or damage due to reckless handling, criminal act, accident, natural disaster, or any other causes which might occurred during transportation.

In the event you bought shipping insurance, once the package arrived at your place, we urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. So that in case damage happened you can submit a claim to your delivery agent immediately.

If the damage on the product occurred outside TIARIA premises, TIARIA hold the right to charge extra cost for the material cost, repairing cost, and transportation or any other related cost accordingly.

 

Warranties:

TIARIA offer you a life time warranty service for free cleaning and gold coating. In case of any damage to be repaired, original documents shall be attached. Most repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete and each repair time shall be confirmed by our jewelry consultant.

TIARIA warrant to you that the product ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our website (or any other description given to you in writing).

If any defect in any products appear within 3 days of delivery, you must notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect, giving us full details. We will then decide, in consultation with you, whether the defect is our responsibility. If so, we may arrange either to repair the product or to replace them with similar product. Any defective product to be returned to us must be returned at buyer expense.

TIARIA is not responsible for any damage which occurs during and after delivery.

We do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage or failure by you or by any third party to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the product.

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

We cannot accept returns and/or exchange at any conditions/events, unless that it is proved as TIARIA internal problems or mistakes by both official legal quality testing government body and third party quality testing organization.

 

Cancelation:

If cancelation is made before the 3D design paper approved by client, down payment will be returned to customer with 50% deduction with minimum deduction of 2.000.000 IDR for 3D design and 3D printing cost.

After the 3D design is approved by client, down payment refund is not available.
