Unlike at a traditional jewelry store, our Diamond and Jewelry Consultants are available for one-on-one consultations, to help you find your perfect fit. They’ll answer all your questions and assist you in placing an order on our site for free shipping to your doorstep. To make your visit more comfortable, please kindly make an appointment before you come.

Why your price is much lower than the stores in shopping mall?
TIARIA focus on selling online, and encourage customers to do Pre-Order, so we can cut unnecessary cost, like the very expensive shop rental and operational cost, and stock inventory and maintenance cost.
With our international networks, we purchase our diamonds directly from their mines. We are the first hand buyer, and we buy in quantity. Therefore, we can keep our price competitive.
By doing this, we can offer you same or even better quality diamonds and fine jewelries, but with price 30% lower than other stores in the shopping mall. Just to let you know, when you purchase jewelry in the shopping mall, half of the price is used to pay for the store’s rental and operational cost.

How can I schedule a TIARIA diamond ring consultation?
If you are interested in learning about what makes TIARIA diamonds unique, we encourage you to schedule an in-store consultation. A diamond expert will answer all your questions and show you TIARIA extraordinary selection of ring styles. To schedule your personal consultation, please contact our team by call or via email.

Does TIARIA offer engraving services?
Engraving is available for jewelry with sufficient space for engraving. We use Laser Engraving technology that resulted with clean and neat engrave. We offer name or word engraving for free as one of our special service. But charges may apply for engrave with special inquiries. Please contact TIARIA consultant for details.

Is the TIARIA T-Box available for purchase?
A TIARIA T-Box is provided only with the purchase of diamond jewelry with 1 carat or upper. But we also provide another luxurious jewelry box for every other Jewelry purchase for free.

I’m giving this as a gift. What are my options as I place my order?
For that extra personal touch, we recommend personalized engraving. It’s available on most of our rings and all engraving-friendly items. We also offer free complimentary greeting cards, plain or customized wording as per request.

How long does it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time is 19 working days for our product, which effective after we received the advanced payment. For custom jewelry, we require 30 working days after the design approved by client.

Why I must wait 19 days?
Our jewelry is individually produced by order, to keep our price low but with the same or even better quality compared to the store at shopping mall. So it’s worth to wait less than a month. Isn’t it?

Can you make it faster?

Custom Designs

I already had my own favorite design, can you make Custom Designs?
Sure, we have our own jewelry designer and use 3D printing technology, so it’s very possible to make a jewelry in any of your favorite design. We already made it for some customers. Our Diamonds and Jewelry Consultant will be happy to help you with discussions and consultations for your preferred design.

Why use 3D design?
We use latest 3D Design technology to produce our jewelry. With Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and 3D Printer technology, we ensure the high quality and up to 0.01 mm precision.

Ring Measurement
I’m not sure about my finger size, what should I do?
You can visit our Help page, you will find an easy way to measure your finger size. And to make sure of it, we will send you a Finger Measuring tool for free, after you placed an order.

What is your ring resize policy?
We provide complimentary resizing when within the manufacturer’s recommended sizing range. Simply contact a Diamond & Jewelry Consultant to arrange for your free resize.
However, there’s some type of ring that cannot be resized. So please notify us before the purchase to ensure your finger size. For every online purchase, we will send you a free ring sizer to help you ensure the size exactly fit you.

 

Diamonds and Diamond Jewelry Quality

Your price looks too good to be true, is that for real?
TIARIA’s philosophy is to provide international standards quality diamonds and jewelries with affordable price. We cut unnecessary cost, and keep our best quality to you. We provide our customers a certificate for every diamonds and jewelries purchased from us. These certificates are issued by respectable lab, and can be tracked online.
You can also check the diamonds and jewelries yourself by sending it to reputable lab to check the diamonds quality and gold karat.

Do you have GIA certificate?
Yes. We use GIA certified diamonds for every diamond with 0.30 carat and above.

Do you have 8 arrows or 8 hearts GIA diamond?
Yes we do, we can also offer the higher version of 10 arrow & 10 heart diamond, please contact our Diamond and Jewelry Consultant for the inquiry.

How do you assure your Diamond quality?
We choose the best diamond for you, instead of what’s available from a jeweler’s case. We handcraft every custom diamond ring to exacting quality standards. And an expert gemologist inspects every piece of diamond jewelry before it ships to you.
My jewelry is defined as a “special order.” Why am I asked to call Customer Service to complete the sale?
The jewelry you have chosen requires a longer lead time (4-6 weeks) and must be ordered specifically for you. These are often final sale items and prices can fluctuate depending on specific criteria required in order to customize the ring. Speak with a TIARIA Diamond or Jewelry consultant to get a quote within 2-5 business days (depending on the complexity of the order).

When is the best time to buy a diamond?
Diamond prices are determined by unpredictable fluctuations in the market which can happen at any time without warning. So, fiscally speaking, it’s anyone’s guess. But if you‘re currently in the market for a diamond, and you’ve chosen one but are reluctant to finalize the purchase, contact us within 72 hours and we’ll lock in the price for you. However, in all fairness, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors if – and when – they occur.

Why do nearly identical diamonds differ in price?
We’re constantly sourcing diamonds to offer the finest quality at the most competitive prices. In the industry, prices are based on suppliers’ buying power and market conditions at the time of sourcing. We price our diamonds based on our cost, not the current market or solely by its quality and size. And regardless of how competitively a diamond is priced at TIARIA, we always pass the savings onto you.
Helpful hint: Select customers tend to quickly identify the best values of a seemingly identical diamond. So if you are interested in a diamond that appears to be of a higher value, call one of our diamond experts to review its characteristics. If the diamonds are virtually the same – yet one’s value stands out from the other – they tend to sell fast. If you request additional time to decide, our diamond experts will grant you a (no-obligation) 24 or 48-hour hold on the diamond in question.

What is your Terms of Payment?
We require minimum 30% in advance upon placing an order. The rest shall be paid when the jewelry is ready for pickup or shipping.

What are the available payment methods?
We can accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer (BCA & Mandiri) and/or Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard) through our partners, and more credit payment solution even without a CC. Please contact our jewelry consultant for update information.

Do you have installment plan?
If you pay by credit card, we can offer you installment plans start from 0% interest. This payment method will be conducted via our online partners. Please contact our jewelry consultant for latest update.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry I purchase from TIARIA?
Yes. In staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship, and we also offer you free gold recoating for a life time (once for every year at your birthday month). The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.

What do you mean by Gold Recoating?
After a long daily use, there’s a possibility the gold will be get scratched which will make it less glowing. By recoating the gold, your jewelry will look and shine like new again.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of platinum and gold. TIARIA suggests that your jewelry receive periodic professional maintenance. We offer complimentary cleaning and product check-up (recommended every six months) as a well-advised preemptive measure against the possibility of stone loss or damage that occurs when prongs are bent, pulled, caught, or broken during normal wear.

How can I get an item repaired?
We repair items made by TIARIA only. Please contact our consultant for any jewelry repairing needed. Charges for material, labor, shipping, may apply.

 

Shipping

What shipping method available?
After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers and methods:
– JNE
– RPX
– Go-Sent
Shipping will be following our Shipping Policy rules.

How is my order packaged?
We ship using secure, non-descript packaging material. Inside, you’ll still see our branded gift packaging – ideal for gifting or personal storage.

Do you have insurance for shipment?
TIARIA highly recommend our client to buy insurance. Buyers can contact RPX (021 – 7599 8800) or any other shipping agency to inquiry the insurance and shipping cost to their ideal destination for your precious jewelry.
